This refund policy applies to paid Pragy Investments digital tools, indicator access, educational products, and research-tool subscriptions when payment links or checkout pages are enabled.
Digital Access
Indicator access and digital research tools are delivered electronically. Access is granted manually after payment confirmation and the submitted TradingView username are reviewed.
Refund Requests
If an access issue prevents use of a paid tool, contact Pragy Investments with the checkout email, TradingView username, payment date, and issue details. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
No Performance-Based Refunds
Pragy Investments tools are for financial education and market research only. Refunds are not based on market outcomes, trading results, profit, loss, missed trades, or personal suitability.
Subscription Changes
When subscriptions are enabled, cancellation and renewal terms should follow the connected payment provider checkout, receipt, and customer portal settings.
